Payment must be received within 5 working days. Once payment has been received, products will be dispatched within 3-4 working days. If this cannot be carried out due to reasons mentioned in our Terms and Conditions, we will contact you via the information which you have provided.
All our orders will be sent via Royal Mail. When your order has been dispatched, we will notify you with your personal tracking number as well as the estimated delivery date.
In the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged upon receipt, please contact us at [email protected] within 2 working days.
If your products have not been received by the expected date, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. If for any reason, your parcel returns to us undelivered, you are responsible for the additional postage charge.

At LH Woven Designs we hope that you are delighted with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that this is not the case we ask that you email us within 7 working days of receiving your order.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). Once received, the product will be inspected for any damages before a refund can be issued (unfortunately, delivery costs are non-refundable).
Once the item has been received, we will email you with a confirmation that the return/refund has been successful and debit your account accordingly.
